SefComm is a London-based trade distributor supplying independent UK retailers with wholesale access to branded consumer goods across diverse product lines.

We work with a verified network of UK and European brands and manufacturers — bringing together competitive pricing and reliable stock availability that independent retailers typically can't access on their own.

Our accounts are trade-only. We work with established retailers who are serious about their product mix and looking for a distribution partner that understands the economics of running a retail business.

We source across a spectrum of product categories; giving you a centralized supply channel.

Family Run Business

Built on Decades of Wholesale Experience

SefComm didn't start from scratch. The business was established in 2024 as a restructure of SEF Commerce Ltd — a family-run wholesale operation founded in 2003 that operated in Hertfordshire & Essex until 2021 before unfortunately shutting up shop during the Pandemic

That earlier business gave us something that can't be replicated quickly: long-standing supplier relationships & understanding of retailer margins.

When we relaunched, we took those foundations and built a more focused, modern distribution operation around them — with a wider product portfolio and a cleaner digital ordering experience for our retail partners.

Wholesale is still a family business at heart. The same people who built those original supplier relationships are still the ones managing accounts and sourcing product today.

What We offer

  • Competitive  Trade Pricing - We aggregate buying volume across our retailer network to access wholesale rates that individual retailers can't achieve independently

  • UK, EU & US Sourcing - We source directly where possible, cutting out unnecessary middlemen and keeping your cost prices competitive.

  • Dedicated Account Support -  If there's a stock issue, a new line you want us to look at sourcing, or a query about an order, you're speaking to someone who knows your account.

How It Works

  1. Apply for a Trade Account — Complete our short registration form. We verify all new accounts before granting access.

  2. Browse Trade Pricing — Once approved, log in to view your tiered wholesale prices across our full product catalogue.

  3. Place Your Order — Order online or speak to your account manager. We dispatch from our SE warehouse with standard UK delivery timescales.

  4. Grow Your Range — Tell us what categories you're looking to expand. We actively source new lines based on retailer feedback.
